Park Street, Camberley

As part of the Camberley Town Centre regeneration project, the southern side of Park Street needed to be demolished to make way for new business and retail developments.

Wooldridge has a long-standing relationship with the property developer and was selected to join the team.

Wooldridge completed the demolition ahead of schedule, by week eight of the 12-week plan, and on budget. There was no disruption to local residents or existing business. There were no road closures and demolition traffic was specifically routed through the town during off-peak times.

The successful demolition ensured a smooth transition through to construction works for the three-storey offices and ground-floor shops; important progress in Camberley’s regeneration.
